Shipping Policy
Effective May 13, 2026. We ship globally with tracked, insured freight whenever possible. Rates and timelines below.
Rates
- United States: Flat $9.99 USD. Free on orders over $150.
- International: Flat $24.99 USD. Free on orders over $250.
The right rate is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or VAT levied by the destination country.
Processing
Most parts ship 1–3 business days after payment clears. Heavier or dropshipped items (clearly noted on the part page) ship in 5–10 business days from the supplier directly. You’ll get a tracking email the moment we hand the package to the carrier.
Carriers
Domestic: USPS, UPS, FedEx. International: DHL, YunExpress, 4PX, FedEx Economy. Carrier choice depends on weight, destination, and speed.
Lost or damaged packages
If your tracking hasn’t moved in 7+ business days or the package arrives damaged, email support@kodo.app with your order ID and we’ll open a claim with the carrier. Most claims resolve within 14 days; we’ll reship or refund based on the outcome.
Address errors
We ship to the address you enter at checkout. If you enter a bad address and the package returns to us, you’ll be charged re-shipment at the rates above. Double-check before you submit.
Who ships your order
Kodo Automotive is owned and operated 100% by Marc Gallo, doing business as “Kodo Automotive.” Whether a part ships from our stock or direct from a supplier under the Kodo Automotive name, the order contract is with Marc Gallo as a sole proprietor.
